To qualify for a refund, your account must show minimal usage of our platform features. We define this as accessing fewer than 25% of available modules or tools within your subscription tier.
All refund requests require completion of our brief feedback form to help us improve our services.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain services and products cannot be refunded once accessed or utilized. This includes downloaded reports, custom analysis requests, and one-on-one consultation sessions that have already taken place.
Annual subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days are subject to prorated refunds only. Monthly subscriptions cannot be refunded after 14 days from the billing date.
Third-party integration fees and setup charges are non-refundable as these costs are immediately passed to our service providers upon activation.
